Description: 22% Premium Cochineal, also known as Dactylopius coccus costa is among one of the most stable natural colorants in the world.  Our Premium Cochineal is cultivated and average of 20% more carminic acid than standard cochineal. This is thanks to our modern cultivation techniques and our special drying processes. We are situated in one of the purest valleys in the world with excellent climatic conditions, fertile land and optimal solar conditions. Together with the crystal clear waters coming off the Mountains, these conditions create one of the purest cochineal cultivations in the world.

Results:            22% Premium Cochineal, has been harvested at peak times where we can assure maximum carminic acid concentrations, which guarantee a homogenous and uniform colour lasting for life time periods.
